Intolerance of Uncertainty among Indonesian Workers During Covid-19 Pandemic

This research aims to describe the Intolerance of uncertainty (IU) among Indonesian workers during COVID-19 pandemic. A total 351 in Java (64 males, 287 females) were involved as a participant. IU was measured using version IUS-27. study showed that most (41.9%) participants had low level IU; meanwhile, 36.8% participant high IU. The result difference test there between males and females (p=0.011) upper, middle, lower SES (p=0.018). These findings show people with higher than other groups. can be used reference by companies identify take preventive action toward who possessed risk developing IU, especially situation full uncertainty. Â
